One of my personal favourites for using chocolate in cooking is to make cookies, muffins and brownies. Below a look at one very good technique for making some of the worlds best brownies - and with a fairly simply technique which anyone can use.
Brownies if made correctly are lovely although if you are as passionate about chocolate and brownies as much as I am, you might also be in danger of eating far too many!
